Bodywork Treatments
There’s a growing (and much-needed) focus on mental health, but the body deserves to be part of the conversation too. Long before we name what we’re feeling, the body responds. It picks up on stress, tension, and emotional shifts often before we do. Sometimes what we call burnout or overwhelm starts as a tight jaw, a sluggish gut, or a shoulder that just won’t let go.
The skin, too, is part of that picture. Dryness, dullness and nflammation are often signals. Not just for a product swap, but for deeper care.
That’s where bodywork comes in. My treatments create space to slow down, tune in, and give the body what it’s quietly been asking for. As a Soft Tissue Therapist, Reflexologist, and Facialist (more on my training below), I combine disciplines to support your nervous system, skin, and overall sense of balance, meeting you exactly where you are, every time.
No two treatments are the same. Whether it’s releasing tension, stimulating the lymphatic system, or working with fascia to restore flow and circulation, I tailor each session to what your body needs on the day.
New clients fill out a consultation form before their first appointment, so I can understand your goals and any underlying concerns. For returning clients, we check in before each session to adapt and track progress over time. From the tools and techniques I use to the pace and pressure of the treatment, every part of the experience is shaped around you.
You can find me at Therapy Spaces in Surbiton for now, 16 St James' Rd, Surbiton KT6 4QH.
Please note: at this time, I’m offering treatments for women only. You can explore what’s currently available below.
Why I don’t offer a treatment menu
I don’t believe there’s one set formula for finding glow. My treatments are about how you feel, not just how you look. They provide a space for regular self-care. They’re not about sculpting or chasing trends, but about the kind of results that come from reducing tension, getting energy and circulation moving, and giving your body the chance to slow down. Somewhere along the way, treatments became more about results than people. ‘The Signature’ brings the focus back to you.
Each session draws on different hands-on therapies, tailored to you, to release the muscle patterns your body’s been holding onto. It includes massage on the face, décolletage, neck, and shoulders, and can also include LED, reflexology, myofascial release, or other soft tissue therapy techniques. We’ll decide together what feels right for you that day.
The treatment always includes skincare but centres on a blend of light and deep tissue massage. The intention is simple: to give you space to rest, so you can leave feeling more centred.
Please note
Oil is used to cleanse and massage the skin during treatments, but it will be thoroughly removed. If you’ve recently had any beauty treatments, please get in touch with me before booking. I also recommend not washing your hair before your appointment, as it may come into contact with products during the treatment.
Booking Policy
I currently run my clinic on Wednesday evenings but can also offer adhoc or recurring appointments on different days. Either book directly through the link below or get in touch with your preferred availability, and I’ll book you in.
Please note that appointments are paid in full when booking. However, you can cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund.
My Training
The first course that sparked my passion for bodywork was the Level 5 Reflexology Diploma with The Reflexology Academy I took in 2020. A couple of years later, I completed a Level 5 Soft Tissue Diploma with the London School of Sports Massage, with Mel Cash, a renowned leader in the industry.
But, I’ve always felt that the best treatment would be to combine the strengths of multiple modalities. So in the past year, I’ve expanded my skillset further. This included a Level 2 Facial Massage course with Relax Skin School, with advanced Intraoral course, the gold standard for releasing tension in facial muscles through manual manipulation of the chest, neck, and face.
I’m fully insured, and my qualifications are regulated by multiple professional bodies, including:
BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology)
AOR (Association of Reflexologists)
CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)
ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage)
Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation)
VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust)
