My “why”

I’ve always felt a little restless with the idea of a linear career. I tried it, sort of, but my curiosity has always got the better of me.

I’ve worked across editorial and copywriting, influencer & PR relations, in mental health settings, and organisations in the wellness and charity sectors. The idea of following one fixed path always felt a bit outdated to me. Instead, I focused on expanding my skillset, saying yes to opportunities that offered lessons I couldn’t learn through a conventional career. It didn’t always make sense on paper, but I kept trusting the dots would eventually connect.

Spoiler: they didn’t (not neatly, anyway). But they did shape how I work. Running through all of it was a consistent interest in the mind–body connection. It felt like a path I was meant to follow. So I did: back to university for a master’s in psychology, then into podcasting, where I interviewed academics on what the studies say. What became clear was this: mental health doesn’t live purely in the mind. It shows up in our bodies, in stress patterns, our sleep, in how we breathe (or forget to), move, and recover.

That understanding underpins everything I do now. Alongside my consultancy work, I’ve trained in a range of bodywork therapies, each chosen for grounding you. If you’re curious

In my consultancy work, I support founders and entrepreneurs with a clear vision who are often doing a lot at once. I’m usually brought in when capacity is stretched or things feel stuck, so ideas can move from vision into execution. You can learn more

At its core, my work is about connection. If any of this resonates - or you’d like to work with me, please
