I work with founders, entrepreneurs and execs who have a clear vision but are often juggling multiple projects alongside very full lives. When capacity is stretched and there’s a lack of headspace to execute, that’s where I come in.
My own career hasn’t followed a linear path. I’ve worked across editorial and copywriting, influencer and PR relations, and with organisations in the mental health, wellness and charity sectors. In recent years, my work has included a merger, marketing and rebrands, and stand-alone projects. That breadth means I’m comfortable moving between strategy & execution and big-picture thinking & day-to-day operations.
I work closely with the person at the centre so that everything around them runs more smoothly. Bringing an external lens, I’m able to identify blocks, create structure, and keep momentum where things might otherwise stall.
Where useful, I leverage AI to organise information quickly or spot gaps in thinking. Used well, it can sharpen decision-making, without skipping the strategic judgement that good decisions require.
I see my role as a hybrid between a Chief of Staff and a project manager, someone trusted and able to hold both the bigger picture and the fine detail. My goal is to take enough off your plate that things feel manageable again.
